Before the War
Born Jan. 17, 1925 in Richwood, OH. Enlisted in the USAAC on July 17, 1943 as a radio operator and gunner. Stationed at Miami Beach, FL; Sioux Falls, SD; and Yuma, AZ.
After the War
Discharged Oct. 18, 1945 with rank of tech sergeant. Earned EAME Campaign Medal with three Bronze Stars, Air Medal with five Oak Leaf Clusters, and the Overseas Bar. Married, has two children and five grandchildren. Retired.
