2nd Lt. Henry Shelts served as co-pilot of the crew. His name appears as 'Shelts,' 'Shelly,' and 'Shilty' across the document pages.

Crawford reported that Shelts was evading in Holland and had been seen on 3 March 1944. He was listed among those believed to be evading as of Crawford's September 1944 interrogation.
