2nd Lieutenant Gregory Bourneaux served as bombardier of B-24D 41-23729 with the 328th Bomb Squadron, 93rd Bomb Group. He was reported missing following a diversion mission on 18 October 1943. His brother, Mr. Louis S. Bourneaux, was listed as next of kin at 39 Estes Street, Ipswich, Massachusetts.
The main MACR form contains OCR errors rendering his name as 'Fournezos, Trevor.' The next-of-kin notification list confirms the correct name as Gregory Bourneaux.
