Trenton T. Tucker
S/Sgt. Trenton T. Tucker served as right waist gunner aboard B-24J 42-73495 on the 8 April 1944 mission to Brunswick, Germany. He was killed in action when the aircraft was shot down over the Island of Schokland in the Ijsselmeer.
A Dutch casualty report (KU 1380, Grave No. 609) records Tucker as killed and interred at the cemetery of Vollenhove, Overijssel, on 14 April 1944. His next of kin was his father, Mr. Trenton T. Tucker, Route Number Two, Box 347, Ashland, Oregon.
