“Gambling Lady”
Gambling Lady's dice nose art nods to the number of the crew that first flew her overseas -- crew 711 of the 492nd Bomb Group's 857th Squadron, whose number gave the "seven" and "eleven" on the dice. She flew 15 missions with the 492nd before that group disbanded in August 1944, after which she transferred to the 93rd's 329th Squadron and later its 409th Squadron. She survived the war and returned to the United States after VE Day.
