Cpl. William Ferraro served as radio operator on B-24H 41-29656, 328th Bomb Squadron, 93rd Bomb Group, on the 26 February 1945 combat bombing mission to Berlin. Name appears as 'Perraro' in OCR renderings of the MACR.

Reported missing in action on 26 February 1945. Subsequently returned to duty.
