2nd Lt. Robert W. Rager served as bombardier aboard B-24J 42-109618 on 4 November 1944. He was reported missing in action and annotated killed in action on the MACR cover sheet.
No identification tags for Rager appear in the German documents recovered with this MACR, suggesting his body was not among those retrieved from the crash site at Voslapp.
