Radio operator on Hollis Hunt's crew. They trained at Tonopah, Nevada, joined the 93rd on 6 August 1944, flew four missions with the 409th, then moved to the 329th as a lead crew and finished thirty missions, the last on 8 April 1945. After the first four, ball turret gunner Worsdel K. Pearson was sent to Italy and Charles Flint came on as radar bombardier.
