A German telegram (KU 2260) from Air Port HQ A(O) 6/III Stettin named 'Jack J. Larsen Sgt.' explicitly among the six crew members killed in the crash on 20 June 1944. His identification card (serial 16077477, T 42-44 A.P.) was listed among confiscated personal effects.
