Assigned to B-24 air crew; training at Charleston, SC; Roosevelt Field, NY; Montpelier, VT. Went overseas Feb. 4, 1945 via Newfoundland, Greenland, Iceland to England.
Discharged Oct. 29, 1945 as tech sergeant. Received Air Medal with clusters, European Medal with clusters, American Theater Medal, WWII Victory Medal, Good Conduct Medal. Married Edna A. Antoska (cadet nurse); three children: Rick, Lauren, and Debbie. Retired from New York State Government; resides in Naples, FL.
