“All-America”

Long after the war, All-America was restored by the Collings Foundation and put on the road as a touring exhibit, drawing crowds of visitors at stops across the country. General Timberlake encountered the restored bomber at the 1989 Circus reunion in Hilton Head - Packy Roche presented him with an All-America cap for the occasion - but by then age had caught up with him, and he could no longer manage the climb into the aircraft he once commanded men to fly.
